General Manager - Human Resource - Services Firm (10-18 yrs)
Company Profile: Currently we have a suitable senior vacancy as GM-HR with our clients who are a large, leading, rapidly expanding, professionally managed service organisation having multi-locational operations in India -leaders in their product category. Total headcount of the organisation exceeds 5000#. The position is based in Mumbai, reports to the Head-HR and leads a team. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks and career growth paths.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Will head the HR for the SBU having over 1200# spread all over the country.
- Independently ensure strategising & implementation of HR Policies, Processes, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.
- Manage all HR-Ops.
- Will lead a team.
- Will be majorly involved in Talent Acquisition (to ensure achievement of rapid scale-up plans of the organisation) and culture building due to cultural & geographical diversity of the hires.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- MBAs (premier institutes) with 10-18 years relevant experience in large, high-headcount (over 500#), highly reputed organisations having national presence presence and branches all over India (banking, telecom, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, facilities-management, airlines, courier/transport, ecommerce, fmcg etc.).
- Must be working as HRBP / SBU/Divisional HR Head and handling Generalist HR, Recruitment & HR-Ops.
