Group HR Head

OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB

Professionalize Group HR function by ensuring that various HR related activities and programs like talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, compensation/remuneration, organizational development, employee welfare, HR information systems, payroll, employee/labor relation and employment laws are implemented.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basics: MBA-HR/Post-graduate in HR

Age: Preferably 40 to 53 years of age

Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in HR as a General Manager or HOD

Specialized Knowledge: Exposure to HR and IR generalist function in a large organization involving Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee engagement, Labor relations, Training & Development, Organization Development, Compensation & Incentives, MIS Reports and Strategic Business Partner. Should have experience in formulating & implementing Policies & Processes. Should possess the maturity to handle staff, labor and senior staff.

DUTIES :

- Talent Acquisition

- Manpower planning as per the manpower policy of the group.

- Attracting & Sourcing candidates.

- Liasoning with local recruitment agencies.

- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

Performance Management :

- Designing & implementing Performance Management System.

- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating & implementing potential solutions and coaching and counseling managers and employees.

- Collecting and analyzing information & recommending courses of action.

Employee Engagement :

- Developing & implementation of Rewards & Recognition.

- Coordinating & implementation of employee benefits.

- Implementation of retention measures.

Employee Relations :

- Designing & Implementing Employee onboarding process.

- Setting up committees for solving Employee grievances.

- Acting as the communication link between the Directors & Employees.

- Complying with Statutory Requirements as per local labor laws.

- Conducting Exit Interviews.

Training & Development (Behavioral & Non-technical) :

- Ensuring Training for all employees as per plan.

- Deliver HR modules.

Compensation & Incentives :

- Conducting salary survey and ensure salaries are as per industry standard.

- Formulating and implementing performance-based pay system.

MIS Reports :

Maintaining & analyzing reports on manpower:

- Headcount report.

- Recruitment report.

- Attrition report.

- Uniform report.

- Employee engagement report.

Strategic Business Partner / Organizational Development :

- Professionalize Dealer HR function.

- Development of competent workforce both in Sales & After-Sales.

- Development of - Best place to work- environment through an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes on high performance & continuous development of People.

Alignment with our Client :

- Coordinating with the Managing Directors for final recruitment of Senior Management positions.

- Liasoning with the Managing Directors in developing & implementation of measures leading to - Great place to work.-

- Support in implementation of Rewards & Recognition

- Alignment of Group HR policies and the HR policies of the Principals under the direction of the Managing Directors.

- Supporting in conducting Employee surveys.

- Alignment with the direction of the Managing Directors in designing a career path for all employees.

- Coordinating with Managing Directors on developmental training for High-potential candidates.

- Supporting Managing Directors in salary benchmarking.

- Providing various Manpower reports to the Managing Directors- office
