General Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing

The Incumbent would be incharge of a large manufacturing unit, handling IR/ER, employee engagement, business partnering, training and development, and all other activities relating to the plant.

The incumbent will report to the group HR Head and be responsible to achieve all the metrics, pertaining to his function. He will be assisted by a group of professionals, who will report to him.
