viii) Change Management & OD initiatives
ix) Workforce Management etc.
The Incumbent shall be posted in Indore/Pithampur but shall require to undertake extensive travel in all locations of the company. He shall initially report to the Director- Technical and depending upon his performance, agility and aspiration can expect to independently lead HR function in near future.
