SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Should have strong experience in handling Unions.

2. Should be strong in Union Management and Union Negotiation.

3. Should have done minimum 2 LTS (Long Term Settlements)

4. Should be strong in both HR and IR practices

5. Currently should be at Manager (or higher designation)

6. Post graduation and graduation should be full-time.

7. Should have strong experience in handling statutory and legal compliances, performance management, internal training, HR policies.

8. Should have experience of handling multiple plants.
