We are looking for a - GM HR- for one of the renowned hospital near Australia.

The position is based in Abroad for South East Asia location.

Job Description:

- Design, Develop & Implement HR strategies Systems, Policies, Processes & HR Best Practices in Line with the objectives.

- Provide HR Leadership to hire, train & retain the right candidates.

- Manages human resources operations.

- Build a Leadership pipeline at all levels to ensure seamless, sustainable & rapid growth.

- Design an Objective PMS, which is easy to implement.

- Design a Salary Structure for the Company.

- Ensure statutory compliance.

- Design, Develop and Implement an HR MIS to assist decision makers to achieve business goals.

Salary offered: 25-32LPA
