General Manager - Human Resource - FMCG/FMCD/Pharma/Retail - IIM/TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD/SIBM

We are looking for GM HR for one of the US MNC based in Gurgaon.

Education: MBA from Tier - 1 Only (TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD/SIBM)

Exp: 10-12 Years

- Looking after the End to End HR for the organization of 1500 employees. The role reports to the CHRO. Experience of having worked in FMCG/FMCD/Pharma/Retail in one of the career stints is essential.

- Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes.

- Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Business Heads. Drive HR Business partnering agenda for the company.

- Employee Engagement

- Diversity & Inclusion

- Talent/OD Management

- Sr. Stakeholder Management

- Team Management

- COE's Management (C&B and Learning)
