Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategy as per the business goals.
- Review and revamp frameworks to achieve operation and cost efficiency.
- Ideate, implement & automate recruitment system and procedures.
- Streamline and structure the Campus management program.
- Design and implement career development plan for campus hires.
- Responsible for competency mapping, compensation benchmarking and other change management initiatives.
- Manage succession planning for critical roles.
- Instrumental in developing the organizational skills and improving efficiencies.
- Build strong employer branding initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 18-25 years- experience in FMCG, Pharma or any B2C manufacturing set up.
- Mandatory strong experience in Talent Acquisition COE. Proven success in volume hiring.
- Preference to talent who also have Talent Management experience.
