Profile Search Background Required

1) TOP B School MBA Pass Outs - XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, XIMB, MDI, NIIMS and IMT Ghaziabad etc

2) Batch - 2008 to 2012 ONLY

3) Industry - FMCG, Consumer, Telecom, Pharma, Paint, Banking and Other Manufacturing Candidates from - IT - Information Technology- wouldn- t be suitable from Industry Point.

4) Location - Mumbai

5) Working - 5 Days, Amazing Work Culture and Environment. Organization is rapidly growing; so, we need a very strong candidate who can adapt according to Environment and Business Dynamics Changes.

6) Candidate Must be Very Good in Execution & Internal Stakeholder Management.

Brief on Job Role:

- To establish & institutionalize robust alignment to HR processes & delivery mechanism spanning various areas Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Engagement (Organization Effectiveness) building in line with the operating plan to achieve long-term vision for the Organization.

- To establish & institutionalize robust alignment to HR processes & delivery mechanism spanning various aspects of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Engagement (Organization Effectiveness) in line with the operating plan to achieve long-term vision.

- Responsible for anchoring all HR Processes at PAN India level.

- Capability building and Talent Management for career progression through structured interventions.

- Ensure hiring is aligned to the agreed 'Talent Mix' comprising of lateral hires and internal promotes.

- Executing the Functional Capability Agenda in the region as laid down.

- Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.

- Anchored engagement initiatives at the locations.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

Detailed Description : 

Talent Acquisition : 

- Lead talent acquisition for corporate office and Regional offices right from assessing manpower needs, mapping the right internal / external talent and selection

- Ensure an effective onboarding process & its adherence for all new hires

- Accountable for quality of hire and adherence to recruitment budget

Talent Management : 

- Define the process guidelines for Talent Management initiatives for the organization.

- Coordinate with senior management and HOD's / function heads for supporting and driving talent identification and development process

- Drive internal role movements for talent pool members

- Facilitate business talent councils to drive governance and business talent priorities

- Identify development needs of talent pool and formulate business level interventions for need fulfilment

Learning & Development : 

- Identify capability building needs from business priorities & learning needs of employees and formulate annual learning plan

- Lead the functional academies- curriculum design and administration

Org Effectiveness & Employee Engagement :

- Lead formulation and deployment of engagement framework comprising R&R Platforms, Communication channels, employee engagement surveys and action planning, engagement activities @ work and employee wellness initiatives

- Facilitate sustenance of org culture drivers in support with senior management
