Role: General Manager - HR Management &amp; Planning Responsibilities: - Leading the HR partnering with the business on matters related to engagement, culture, and HR practices - Ownership of Company Culture for the NW business - Ownership of leadership succession (and continuity) for NW India - Lead the NW engagement with HO HR - Rollout of HR practices, policies, and guidelines across NW - Ensuring HR service delivery and engagement across NW - To lead engagement with the CoE (TA, Learning, ER, Compliance and HR Ops) across NW as well as HO HR - Ownership for driving employee engagement initiatives like - connects with the leader-, - HR at your desk-, - know your leaders, etc. - Ownership for driving retention, internal movements, rewards, and recognition, etc. Industry: Open - Candidate must be willing to travel as this role involves at least 20% travel. - Being a certified coach would be an added advantage.
