Job role :-
- Incumbents with strong experience in business partnering role with over 10+ yrs of relevant experience may apply
- Strong experience in employee engagement, employee grievance management & performance management is desired
- Prefer someone who has handled multiple business units.
- Incumbent should Understand business imperatives and drive people agenda aligned to that.
- Should be managing end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leadership to implement HR strategy.
- Will be partnering with the stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the BUs
- Will be leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid-term appraisal cycle at organization level.
- Applicants should preferably come with a non-technical industry exposure .Any professional services organizations, telecom, BFSI industry could be a good bet.
- Applicants should have experience in handling the workforce strength of 2000+ employees
- Should have Managed and lead the team to align with the growth plans of the organization.
