- The GM HR is a vital member of the HR leadership team and would be responsible for designing and strategically implementing best practices in OD, Talent Management, Learning and Engagement.

- Build organizational capabilities by aligning HR to evolving business strategy

- Enable the implementation of key OD, Talent & Management Development initiatives. Assist in the identifying & grooming of potential leaders within the organization organization by recommending appropriate development programmes & career movement within the organization organization Engender services & a training framework leveraging corporate-wide learning & knowledge management systems, designed to seamlessly support the culture of a Learning Organisation & goaled goaledin at improving business results.

- Facilitate the continuous development of talent, building competent, capable, and committed organizational organizational resources.

- Manage the complete Performance Appraisal Process

- Manage the complete Talent Management Process, IDP's IDP's& HI pots
