General Manager - HR Business Partner - IT Services

Work with Delivery and Program Management Leader/Managers to develop the HR strategy for business facing HR. BU - Headcount 1500 - 2000

- Champion and provide guidance to HRBPs team members. A team of 3/4 employees will repot into this role

- Guide his/her team of HRBPs to collaborate with Business Unit and Geo Leadership, Senior Leaders and Region HR Business Partners to understand, analyze and support future business requirements by evaluating appropriate changes to existing HR solutions, approaches, policies and procedures

- Work with peer HR COE Leaders/Managers to ensure accountability of services and support from the CoEs and HR Service Center to the HRBPs and Business Units

- Own end to end Business HR metrics including productivity, attrition, training, performance and employee retention for the particular business unit

- Guide HRBP team to communicate/ educate the specific Business Unit Leadership and Leaders on significant, relevant changes in HR policies and programs

- Coach and Mentor senior business stakeholders on HR and people issues, as required

- Provide thought and guidance to Business/ HR managers on critical people issues impacting business units
