General Manager - HR Business Partner - FMCG

HR professional with good HRBP as well as Sales HR experience, capable of managing large teams. The incumbent will partner with Business Leaders of the Zone as well as with Corporate HR.

- Partner with business heads on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.

- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience.

- Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

- Review the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.

- Responsible for the legal compliance and third party employee management for Sales workforce.

- Responsible for the end to end life cycle management and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc.

- Drive initiatives to enhance motivational levels and job involvement of employees, thereby leading to lower attrition levels and increased employee productivity.

Experience and Qualification :

- Work experience of 10 to 12 years in relevant HRBP domain and Sales HR - handling large teams

- HRBP experience is essential (partnering with Leaders, advising managers, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.) in FMCG industry.

- Education : Full time MBA or Master Degree in HR from Premier Institute.
