Job Description :
- Partner with the business to maintain optimal structures in the given LOBs
- Drive Talent management of all resources in these verticals
- Drive performance management of all critical role holders centrally
- Drive Learning & Development agenda for these LOBs centrally
- Responsible for HR analytic e.g. attrition, headcount, engagement expense etc. and ensure availability of right information on HR system at all times. Maintain HR costs and headcount within AOP
- Lead the HR agenda from Design to delivery for 400 employees across center and circles, work closely with functional directors and senior stakeholders across two diverse functions
