General Manager - HR Business Partner - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI

GM HR Business Partner - Leading Ecommerce company/ Tier1 MBA only

- As a People Partner, you will partner with the key stakeholders from the department and leverage the Human Resources team for business deliverables. You will Partner and drive performance reviews along with business

- Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data

- Drive specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, focused group discussions, etc.) to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams

- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests

- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework

- Work closely with the central Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all HR processes.

Required Candidate profile :

- Post-Graduate College with specialization in HR (full time from Tier 1 campus).

- 4+ years of experience working as a HR Business Partner in a dynamic organization

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A self-starter who plans and executes initiatives and brings them to a closure independently

- Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things

- Data driven individuals with an analytical mind set.
