Job Title : General Manager HR - Business (Customer Acquisition/Sales) Location : Mumbai Job Purpose Operational - Effective implementation of all HR Systems, Policies & Procedures across the Customer Acquisition function to enable a seamless business performance in line with the overall strategy of the organization Strategic : - Developing short & long-term plans for enabling sustained business outperformance - Budget Handled / Responsible for Number of People / Extent of Signature Authority - 3 Zonal HR Managers will be directly reporting to the role incumbent - Each Zonal Manager has his/her team of HR Managers across the branches in the zone (5 to 6 members in each zone, 18 branches Pan India) Accountabilities : 1. Leadership & Strategy : - Develop Human Capital Strategy and tactical programs to achieve the same to meet long term growth and annual plans/priorities for the business - Support and participate in the formulation of the Business Strategy by bringing in the People context - Define the operational framework for executing the Human Capital Strategy and ensure that the same is well executed by the HR team at the zones and branches - Drive programs on leadership development, culture and talent management to ensure future-readiness of the sales vertical - Design and drive Reward and Recognition Programs and other initiatives for superior sales performance across the sales workforce 2. Stakeholder Management : - Build and maintain effective partnership with stakeholders and Business leaders across zones and branches - Advise Senior Management at the Zones on HR imperatives - Drive alignment across branches to ensure consistent application of processes, principles and programs 3. Delivery, Process Improvement & Execution Excellence : - Identify and drive continuous improvements in productivity, sales quality and overall sales competence across the frontline sales executives - Lead initiatives and work with the CoEs to improve the end-to-end HR delivery processes at the branches - Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery of HR processes and employee engagement initiatives - Drive analytics and superior HR reporting for effective Management decision making for various business and people metrics ANY OTHER COMMENTS - Strong HR Operations experience - Strong Process Orientation and Execution Excellence - High Energy and Passion - High Employee Centricity - Leveraging Human Capital - Excellent Communication and People Management Skills
