- Have a strong sense of understanding the business issues and challenges and providing solutions accordingly
- Drive the Talent agenda along with Business Leaders - talent identification and classification
- Role is to handle corporate hr role, hr business partnering role, talent acquisition and talent management strategy, training and OD, PMS, Rewards, lead the designing centre, hr operations, change management, support various other hr initiatives or projects undertaken by Head HR
- Familiarity with assessment centres will be an added advantage
- Prefer profiles from matrix working environment operating in global companies and having strong business acumen with entrepreneurial bent of mind Leadership skills to engage collaborate and motivate a large team of stakeholders Articulate and well-read with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality, assertive with good interpersonal skills and hands-on approach.
- Compensation best in the industry commensurate with experience levels and industry background
