Role Summary: - HRBP role is the key interface between HR and the business - provide guidance to business on HR priorities, drive local HR agenda in the business. - Define & deploy the HR strategy & transformational people agenda for the business vertical. - The Senior HR business partner is also the 'Site HR Head' and with oversight to the administration & facilities, Health & safety and overall compliance for their respective locations with an employee base of minimum 2000 employees. - Focus on achieving the HR objectives of lean Organisation, drive the health & safety objective, focusing on high performance, employee engagement, care, safety and building employee careers - Participate in driving the overall HR agenda for the company by being accountable for specific projects which impact the achievement of the overall HR strategy for the organisation. - Head HRBP for a business function which is complex and diverse in the service offerings with stakeholder management involving Global Service Owners - Work with the leadership team to establish a people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagement - Contribute to the development of all global and local initiatives within the - People Agenda- . - Drive the HR agenda within the Business, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements - Proactively manage the HR Business Partner supplier interfaces to ensure a seamless experience for Leaders, People Managers and Employees - Identify training needs and coordinate with the L&D team for construction of appropriate modules. - Manage employee separation process and exit interviews to formulate attrition mitigation plans. - Collate reports based on regular Focus group sessions, One on One and skip level meetings with G band and below. Propose strategic changes and channelize change management within the organization - Conduct dipstick surveys to understand the pulse of the business unit and construct action plans to address concerns - Conduct periodic meetings with senior management and team managers to understand the team issues and design plans for corrective actions - Provides interpretive or complex advice to a defined business leadership area, on all aspects of HR and people management, where this advice cannot be provided by HR Services - Carry out routine management of employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling Skills: - 10-14 years of overall experience, at least 10+ years in HR. Premier MBA required - Experience in Enterprise, Technology and Finance Shared Services as a Business Partner role preferable. - A leadership experience of 4 to 5 years will be an added advantage - Decision making ability is essential in the role. - Internal designation : GM/AVP Key result areas: - Act as an HR interface with the business leadership community, responsible for leading and supporting the transformational people agenda for the Business by pro-actively bringing to life the People Strategy - Define & deploy the HR strategy & transformational people agenda for the business vertical - Independently manage internal stakeholder - Member of the HR leadership team. - Total manpower handled: Business headcount could range from 1000 to 3500+ employees spread across multiple locations and geographies.
