Role :
As Lead HR Business Partner, will drive the HR strategy and will focus on core people processes like Performance Management, Employee engagement, Capability Building, leadership development, Succession planning and Organizational effectiveness and will strategize, design and execute various initiatives as per the HR strategy and Functional priorities in close consultation with Senior leaders and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Drive the capability building agenda for functions.
- Successfully manage the Top Talent identification and Succession planning.
- Initiate and execute the Goal setting/performance evaluation process.
- Initiatives to build a performance driven culture focusing on Capability and power of feedback.
- Effectively manage the reward cycle in alignment with policy and guidelines.
- Work closely with COE on Job evaluation, Spans & Layers, Role identification, and differentiation etc.
- Agree on appropriate hiring requirement with the Function and partner with TA for filling up the critical leadership roles.
- Support in successfully managing the campus program.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Mandatory:
Progressive HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, Talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
Education: MBA in HR from good institutes.
