We have the following requirement - In Mumbai with leading Kpos

GM HR Analytics

Role :

Incumbent will be responsible for managing the process of producing all reporting, analytics and insights across HR, including:

- Headcount reports & analytics

- Attrition reports & analytics

- Hiring progress, and funnel analytics

- Compensation analytics (high level)

- Workforce analytics (span of management, layers, etc)

- Employee survey(s) & related analytics

- Diversity reporting & analytics

A minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 10~12 years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience;


A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 11+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience

Candidate must be able to :

- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.

- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent preferably in a Global 500 Captive

- Leadership skills (ability to inspire and lead a team)

- Ability to deal with uncertainty

- Effective strategic analytical skills

- Strategic and business supportive mindset

- Change management skills

- Living the cultural amplifiers of focus, simplicity and team work

- Strong Negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Manage and motivate stakeholders

Knowledge :

- HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Taleo, Peoplesoft), Oracle Enterprise BI suite a plus.

- Hyperion/EPM, SQL, Tableau, and OBIEE.

- MS Sharepoint

- Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience

Profile preference : Senior Leader with strong HR analytics background + Preference for Candidates from Consulting background
