Position - General Manager - Operations, HR & Admin

Work Location - Tiruppur - Corporate office

PURPOSE & SCOPE :

- To ensure safe, secure, and efficient facilities across various units

- To ensure Best Place to work for employees along with discipline and productivity.

- To ensure efficient and accurate functioning of various operations including dispatches.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for managing the overall Admin related activities of the HO & units effectively

a. Make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per labor law and different buyers code of conducts.

b. Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits,

c. Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct,

d. Various safety aspects Fire, Health & Safety, Insurance etc.

e. Efficiently manage support functions - vehicle, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.

- Responsible for ensuring organization be the Best Place to work with discipline and productivity

a. Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management,

b. Performance Management, Training & Development.

c. Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues

- Responsible for various operations - dispatch, warehouse, logistics, etc

a. Efficient management of operations

b. Accuracy of stocks and dispatches

c. Timely plan and arrange logistics

- Any other responsibility as may be required by the organisation/management.

- Efficiency, Accuracy, Safety and Security of all resources (employee, inventory, assets)

- Attrition, Absentees, on time Hiring Fulfilment

- Same day Dispatch of Customer Order's

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILL SET

- 20 + Years' Experience in various activities in Textile and apparel

- Graduate / Postgraduate

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Excellent knowledge in HR & Admin Functions

- Operations management eg- Warehouse, Logistics

PERSONAL SKILLS

- Manage / Lead Large team with unbiased approach and empathy

- Honesty / Integrity

- Problem Solving, Decision making

- Collaborate across functions - team work

OTHER SKILLS

- Proficiency in Excel, Data analysis

- Language - Tamil, English, Hindi
