General Manager - North - Hospitality (8 to 15 Yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for handling entire North India Hospitality.
- Planning & Budgeting for Sales Targets.
- Closely managing and monitoring Working Capital.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Monitors employee relations in each department and ensures compliance with labor agreements are maintained in the Departments
- Supports customer audits, government audits to meet compliance
- Responsible for the maintenance of key performance metrics.
- Drive company policies and procedures are followed.
- Drive Quality assurance improvement projects.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirement :
- Qualification: MBA/ Bachelor degree in business administration or related field preferre
- Experience: 8+ years experience in food catering or food manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience successfully managing a team of supervisors and managers require
- Confident and comfortable with communicating and interacting with employees and management at all level of the operation
Required Skills :
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments and customers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Communication Skills
- Candidate must be Computer literate
- Good knowledge of Computers
