General Manager - Hospital Operations - Responsible for directing and implementing efficient Patient Experience process flow across IP, Day Care, ER departments, TPA, Billing and Financial counselling cell. - Responsible for creating the unique experience the patients receive during the process of seeking & undergoing the hospital service/s across the IPD services. - Work with various stakeholders to acts as an intermediary between hospital departments and the patient/family to bring about the most effective healthcare treatment and positive hospital experience. - Assist the Chief of Operations IC in designing Patient Experience IPD policies (from pre enquiry, registration to discharge) policies, SOPs and procedures - Monitor and support Chief of Operations IC in driving adherence to the departmental policies by the Patient Experience ensuring highest quality with least turnaround time - Ensure appropriate Handling of Internal & External Customers and ensure implementation of patient / client satisfaction matrix as defined in SOPs - Ensure smooth and quick registration, admission, discharge and transfer process in all departments (ER, Hub & Daycare). Monitor and drive TAT of registration, admission, billing and discharge - Ensure accuracy & promptness in patient query handling - Ensure Efficient management of beds, especially during high occupancy (more than 85%) - Interact with patients/families/customers and utilize feedback to improve and reinforce satisfaction and meet department/organization satisfaction goals - Effectively handle VIP & HWC patients and reporting - Ensure timely redressal of all patient/family requests pertaining to service delivery across Inpatient services - Oversee smooth flow of patients through the hospital through proper scheduling of daily admissions, planning of discharges and transfers (through ER, ICU, OT) and co-ordination with all stakeholders to achieve the same
