Head - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (India and Global Markets)  Ideal Candidate: Experience in Talent Acquisition, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing background and from Top colleges  Head - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding  Level: General Manager  Location: NCR  Job Summary :  Head - Talent Acquisition, wherein the individual would be responsible for driving the Talent strategy at the corporate level with a focus on supporting all expansion plans in North America and India.   Reports To: CHRO  Team: 1-2 members  Specific Responsibilities:  - Partner with the Business HR and leadership teams to understand talent needs, devise creative sourcing strategies for the organisation and build a pipeline of talent for specific roles.  - Develop an international sourcing strategy, build employer brand in these key markets.  - Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies, professional organizations and schools globally, in order to help understand, identify, develop and source qualified candidates and build out a world class talent pool.  - Collaborate on cost savings methodologies, regional vendor analysis and optimization strategies to elevate and optimize the talent and services supply chain and ensure the delivery of the right resources in the right places at the right times.  - Create online and offline TA models and create processes to support them.  - Refine and manage consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a highly positive candidate experience and recruiter / hiring manager efficiencies.  - Lead and develop staffing solutions to include process improvement plans to expand candidate fit and longevity.  - Utilize technology and information to identify trends, drive changes and assess progress.  - Build, coach and train and in-house Talent Acquisition team to drive the agenda.  The Person:  - MBA (Human Resources) with 15+ years in talent acquisition preferably in Chemical / Pharmaceutical sector.  - Proven experience and track record in networking with, locating and sourcing top talent in a timely manner, both using agencies and internal resources  - Knowledge of employee value proposition and employment branding  - Ability to use appropriate metrics and data to inform talent related decisions and activities.  - Ability to successfully work with and appropriately influence colleagues at multiple levels in multiple functions.  - Ability to be flexible and develop contingency plans as priorities shift. Staying positive and focussed on outcomes in a changing environment.  - Extremely strong communication and relationship building skills and is confident and effective working with all levels of the organization.  - A self-starter who excels in an environment that is fast paced and ever changing  - Comfort in a multinational environment  - Project management - ability to drive a project independently, influence key stakeholders  - Presentation skills - articulate clearly and capable of converting multiple data points into dashboards to aid decision making  If interested, please share your updated resume
