Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Management (50%):
- Set and manage budgetary and cost control strategies.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, enhance revenue streams, and control costs.
- Improve overall P&L of the park.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Talent and Team Development (25%):
- Lead and develop staff teams through performance management, training, and professional development.
- Foster a culture of safety, fun, and growth.
- Manage HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Ensure people process compliance by establishing team norms, clarifying roles, aligning with branch heads' goals, implementing performance management systems, setting timely goals, and creating a culture of appreciation and recognition.
- Inspire and motivate teams with a forward-thinking and ambitious outlook.
Guest Experience and Strategic Vision (25%):
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction (NP)S and enhance park experience.
- Introduce new events and experiences for park visitors.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Monitor competition and industry trends.
- Ensure efficient park operations, maintaining high standards for staff performance and equipment functionality.
- Oversee health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Has managed a large P&L of 150Cr+ in the past.
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, knowledge of local authorities, and experience in sales and marketing with a track record of improving guest experience metrics.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with local government authorities and external partners, liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, and ensure adherence to safety, IMS, statutory, and legal norms.
- Experience in planning and monitoring CSR activities.
