Customer must have complete trust on our products quality and our service - Standardization of Operations Processes till customer level - Ensure 100% availability of data in terms of reports &amp; MIS at all levels and operations - Timely reports and reviews to the managemnet for all departments - Ensure total culture of ERP usage for Planning, MIS, Reporting &amp; Review - Improve employee engagement level/ Establish employment value proposition - Ensure succession plan creation for senior leadership positions - Impliment Training, Rotation of Job, Multitasking &amp; PLR systems Working Days : 6 Days a Week
