General Manager/Head - Internal Audit - BFSI (18-24 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Heading and managing entire Internal Audit function.
- To manage and ensure that the internal audit function provides an independent assessment of the adequacy of the internal systems and controls, including the systems for appropriate identification. Formulating an Audit plan in line with the Audit Committee and ensuring audit execution in line with the same. Executing audit in compliance with accounting norms and also formulates audit policies as per Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following :
- Manages audit resources to ensure timely implementation of the audit plan and proper coverage in all areas.,ensures timely initiation and completion of annual Audit plan
- Ensures timely implementation of the Audit Committee recommendations in sync with the concerned Departments
- Monitors department's performance through Key Performance IndicatorsMo
