Position Overview: The HR Head is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within an organization. HR Operations and Compliance: - Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. - Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) implementation and utilization. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Team Leadership: - Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. - Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. - Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the HR team. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in progressively responsible HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving data-driven decision-making. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner. - Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
