Responsibilities & Key Deliverable :

- The HR Leader role for our client provides overall HR leadership for teams located in India. The successful candidate will drive Talent Acquisition, talent management initiatives and focus on building high performance culture across the organization. The candidate will report directly to the MD & CEO.

- The incumbent is expected to provide a broad range of strategic HR & execution support for achieving functional transformation objectives, including talent management (assessment, acquisition, development and redeployment), organizational effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement (communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement).

Responsibilities :

- Provide prioritization, leadership and focus to drive organization development through Recruitment and staffing, OD and Compensation initiatives

- Ensure the HR strategy is aligned to the Organizations Business and functional strategy and delivers results.

- Take ownership for development and implementation of organizational talent strategy and planning in conjunction with Functional HR Leaders and Global Human Resource Organization leaders, partner in cross team MRR (Management Resource Review) and talent development initiatives.

- Provide executive coaching and strategic HR support to the business leaders; drive engagement model (sitting on Leadership meetings, Operating framework).

- Leadership direction for regional business and HR team and processes, in partnership with Functional leaders, including talent management, organization design, succession planning, learning, labor relations strategy and compensation strategy and planning

- Develop succession planning for leadership and critical roles.

- Own and lead HR performance improvement metrics for the organization

Experience (years) : 14 to 15 years

Industry Preferred - IT / Manufacturing / Systems Engineering / Automotive company

Qualification : MBA in Human Resources. Engineering degree will be preferred

- Building local organizational capability through Talent Attraction, Organization Assessment, Development of Talent Pipeline, and management of strategic staffing initiatives

- Exceptional partnership skills with line leaders and within India region.

- Proven capability to set the agenda, shape consensus and demonstrate ownership to ensure execution of people related key functional transformation goals.

- Demonstrating Client's values and fostering Continuous Improvement, and Learning at all levels

- Fostering teamwork and career development within the extended HR team.

- Support the HR Transformation through creative partnering with the business leaders.
