General Manager/Head - Commercial Logistics - Cement (15-22 yrs)
- Evaluate All India Logistics Vendor with the objective of cost and service competitiveness
- Analyze services of vendors as per the needs of the category and market. Identify resource gaps in existing vendors and the need for developing new vendors
- Review and maintain all India logistics vendor contracts.
- Analyze performance of dedicated fleet owners and make them sustainable as long-term service resource
- Identify and Evaluate the feasibility of using supply chain aggregators and if found feasible introduce these vendors in the logistic systems
- Analyze services and capabilities of Third Party Logistics Provider
- Analyze the commercial feasibility of inland water transport.
- Review, implement and Monitor Compliance with Goods and Service Tax regulation as applicable to logistics operation. Structure the transaction with optimal tax exposure to Company as well as the vendors
