Urgent Hiring for General Manager - Government Sales, for a leading brand in Furniture Industry.
1. Responsible for achieving desired top line & bottom Line for Institutional Business - Govt Sector (Project Sales).
2. Working Experience with PSUs/State-Central Government
3. Responsible for Planning YOY Sales Strategies & Growth Plans in line with organization strategy.
4. Aggressively working on expansion of Business through new customer acquisition & expanding territories.
5. Building and implementing SOPs for smooth functioning of business.
6. Working closely with Product, Design & Marketing team to provide best in class revenue generating products.
7. Active Participations in exhibitions to increase market presence and customer reach.
8. Leading, coaching, empowering & Developing Pan India Key accounts team to achieve desired target and business goals.
9. Assessing sales and business operations and implementing improvements as needed.
10. Keeping Track on Market Trends and competition.
- The position is based out of Head Office - Mumbai.
- Preferred candidates from Furniture Industry.
- Should have exposure in handling PAN India.
Qualification: Any Post Graduate / Graduate - Engineering
