General Manager - Global Talent Acquisition - Telecom (12-18 yrs)
Individual contributor role.
Based in Gurgaon, India, you will report directly Head of Talent Acquisition, South East Asia, Oceania & India. The talent acquisition team delivers over 800 internal and external hires in the digital (IT & Cloud) and telco space. The team is currently over 25 people strong and a combination of an internal recruiting function, along with two RPO partners spread across 8 countries.
As a part of this team, you will only on occasion own your own requisitions and drive the end to end recruiting process for select executive roles. Almost all your time will be spent on working closely with the Head of talent acquisition in driving the RPO delivery and executing the regional strategy through projects and delivery initiatives in the following areas :
- RPO governance & delivery
- Employer branding
- Diversity & inclusion
- Graduate hiring
- Standardized assessment & selection
- Candidate experience & onboarding
- Hiring manager experience
- Process simplification
- Analytics & reporting
- A talent acquisition expert. Not a transactional/administrative recruitment expert. So exposure to digitization, best practices, employer branding, recruitment marketing, transformation, etc. We don't intend to continue TA as it stands today. We are transforming it and hence need someone who has been exposed to that and gets it.
- Strategic thinking and self-starter that takes initiative. The goal is to find someone who can hit the ground running with minimal support/guidance from my end.
- Regional and/or global exposure. This person needs to have experience working with multi-cultural and regional/global stakeholders.
