On of the leading pharmaceutical company is looking for GM Global strategy & BD (Dosage) - EU, Australia & Canada
Location Greater Noida/Mumbai
Job Summary Responsible for Jubilant Generics business in Europe, Australia & Canada. Responsible for Developing Market, Sales and BD activities. Execution and effective implementation of specific country plan
Reports To SVP & Head- Formulation Business (except US)
Key Deliverables-
The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Achievement of Annual Budget.
- Adopting the correct market entry strategies and aligning Organizational resources accordingly.
- Effective Execution of the individual country plan
- Business Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Planning and Market Research
- Operations of local offices in Belgium, UK and Australia
- Effective customer management.
- Identification of product portfolio and effectively implement pricing and market strategy.
- Preferably Direct contact with major EU- Generic companies, Distributors, Dossier developers & Agents
- Coordinating with SCM team for effective distribution management.
- Coordinating with regulatory, QA/ QC, R & D, project management, product portfolio teams for meeting the needs of the market.
- Ensuring smooth operations at Jubilant's local entity.
- Identifying opportunities for inorganic growth thru mergers or acquisitions.
- Development and growth of BD and other team members
The Person
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 18 - 22 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry managing Formulations/Dosage business
- Graduate (B. Pharma/B. Sc)
- MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
