Candidate should be open to travel and stay overseas, set up business in that country - - Set up the Company's procurement (Fruits) business in foreign countries. This will include work like understanding the farmers current situation, government laws and regulations, establishing good relation with banks, custom departments, knowledge of import and export policies of the land etc. - Procuring the farm produce and distributing it to the retail outlets while managing all the logistics in the middle including from shipping to storage. - The job would be to set up a trade route so that farm produce of that foreign land can be exported to India. - Establishing and incubating producer enterprises / farmers - Establish strong business models around assigned commodities ( FRUITS ) - Building execution capabilities - Setting up business from scratch, building teams in foreign countries - Developing frameworks for opportunity identification - Lead end to end operations and procurement for the assigned commodity ( FRUITS ) with key focus on P&L - Extensive travelling both domestic and international. The candidate might expect to stay abroad for a month or two at a time, and spend a total of about 6 months abroad every year. This role is one of the leading Cold Chain groups in India
