URGENT POSITION - INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD IN MUMBAI BY MARCH END - General Manager for a leading Foods processing company for one of their plants manufacturing Tomato Ketchup, Sauces, Jams etc - Strong experiences covering Factory Operations with major experience in Factory operations, Production, Production Planning, Projects etc. - Working as an independent profit centre head and reporting to CEO - Expert in preparation of production plan, analyzing actual with planned productions, scrap analysis, supporting cost benefit analysis with information on machine hours/ resource requirements, etc., - Good knowledge of production cost planning/budgeting and variance analysis. - Sound in resource planning and their allocation to jobs. - Good experience in managing new Projects including utilities. - Good knowledge of Inventory management including tender analysis, quality analysis, stock management and inventory control. - Support Accounts department for product costing, payback analysis, capital assets monitoring etc . - Support HR activities such as recruitments, training and supporting the floor personnel in plant - Excellent communication skills. Frequent communication with the head office, vendors, sub-ordinates, government bodies and other co-workers. - Preparation of legal documents for submission to government authorities, obtaining governmental approvals and authorizations, support internal and external auditing during financial closings. B.Tech / BE + an MBA or equivalent
