General Manager - Financial Operations - eCommerce - CA (5-10 yrs)
Hiring for one of the leading E - Commerce Company who has grown exceptionally well in few years of time.
Key Skills required -
- Experience of finance and accounts.
- Partner with accounting team to ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Should have experience in payment and collection.
- Working knowledge of SAP is required.
- Lead cross functional systems and process improvement initiatives
- Identify and analyze potential process improvement opportunities within and between finance disciplines.
Role Specification -
- CA , preferably from E-Commerce background.
- Strong interpretation ability & promptness of response.
- Coordinating with various locations /departments for collecting information and to enable smooth work.
- Well versed with IT rules, assessments, regulations & guidelines and related Compliance requirement.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication.
- Strong Project Management and Time Management skills.
- Detail oriented, output-driven and diligent individual.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, unpredictable work hours and open to working in a fast paced startup environment.
