Description : We are seeking a Dynamic Finance Controller for our client- one of the top international Real Estate company with a strength of 40000 globally. Role Overview : The Financial Controller within the Finance department will be responsible for overall supervision of the company's day-to-day functioning of Accounts and Finance functions. Specific responsibilities : - The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) processes - Assist the CFO with designing &amp; implementing financial controls (IFC) - Will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing as per Indian GAAP and IFRS - Manage yearly statutory audits, IFC audits and internal audits. Ensure timely and complete resolution of audit points - Will be responsible for IT general controls for Finance platforms (ERP, Expense management systems, Revenue management systems) - Responsible for all tax and regulatory compliances including but not limited to review and finalization of Yearly Tax Returns/Audit, Transfer Pricing, quarterly returns for GST and TDS - Manage Functional processes and drive continuous process improvement and documentation (SOPs) - Prepare and Deliver training sessions to the business on process &amp; statutory changes - Spearheading new legislative enactments - Ensure appropriate resource planning &amp; Team Management to meet operational objectives - Manage Cash Flow Forecast, treasury and banking operations Key Requirements to succeed : - At least 6-10 years of proven experience (at least 2 years should be as a Controller or an Assistant Controller) - Service industry background may be preferred - Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) - Analytical thinking with strong domain skills - Experience in data analysis and reporting - Excellent communication skills
