General Manager - Finance - Real Estate - CA

Job Title/ Description

The General Manager Finance position will be accountable for the accounting, compliance, financial and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years experience.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior position in Finance in real estate.

- The candidate should be extremely strong in compliance aspects (various filings to all statutory authorities).

- Very high integrity and reasonable period of employment in each of the previous company.

- Should have been instrumental in obtaining equity and debt funding for projects.

- Should have been instrumental in implementation of ERP, Systems & Controls.
