GM Finance

Have an opening for the position of GM Finance with a leading Manufacturing MNC based in Pune.

Education: CA /ICWA / MBA ( Finance ) from a reputed institute

Exp: Around 15 years of experience in finance of which at least 5 years as head of Finance

Key Responsiblilities

- Head accounting function , supporting and resolving operational issues in areas related to finance function.

- Responsible for finalization of accounts and ensuring compliance with organisations accounting principles and processes .Ensure accounting processes are defined, streamlined and deployed as per standards. Responsible for monthly timely reporting of Group Accounts

- Ensure compliance of transfer pricing with group / taxation norms.

- Ensure timely legal compliance specifically with respect to Companies Act, direct and indirect taxation and FEMA.

- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards applicable.

- On an ongoing basis, review internal controls, identify gaps and make appropriate interventions.

- To get Certifications of error free accounting from auditors.

- To support business decisions by interpreting company results and identify vulnerabilities / opportunities.

- Visualize impact of change in laws on organization processes.

- To ensure that organisations & Indian Accounting Standards are adhered to and that accounts are properly reconciled from time to time. Responsible for compiling annual accounts tax accounts , cost accounting records.

- Effectively manage Working Capital of company.

- Managing banking relationships

- Managing trust fund for Provident Fund , Superannuation and Gratuity
