General Manager Finance (CFO) - Manufacturing

Oversees all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance & also play a key role in strategic financial planning, working capital management, and capital investments. This role often requires a strong understanding of accounting, finance, and manufacturing-specific processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts, as well as analysing financial performance and providing insights to management.

Financial Reporting:

- Preparing and presenting financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders, including management and investors.

Working Capital Management:

- Optimizing working capital to ensure efficient cash flow and financial stability.

Tax and Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws and reporting requirements.

Cost Management:

- Analysing costs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Capital Investments:

- Evaluating and recommending capital investment proposals.

Internal Controls:

- Implementing and maintaining strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Team Leadership:

- Supervising and managing the finance team, providing guidance, and ensuring their professional development.

Strategic Collaboration:

- Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA or CWA with Extensive experience of 20-24 Years in finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment.

2. Exposure in fund raising, forex management, banking relations, cash management.

3. Understanding of manufacturing processes and specific financial regulations within the industry.

4. Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and other financial software.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

6. Self-Starter

Strong in People Management.

7. Passion for work.

8. High level of Integrity.
