DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Timely preparation of Annual/Monthly Financial Reports.
- Managing day-to-day accounts related activities in co-ordination with internal/ external departments for smooth financial operations.
- Instrumental in maintaining MIS & reports and evaluating them for facilitating decision- making process.
- Proficient in complete planning & management of auditing activities for ensuring completion of internal & statutory audits.
- Implementing systems/ procedures, conducting ageing analysis, preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhance overall efficiency of the organization.
- Reviewing monthly/ quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (Receivables & Payables) and ensuring that general ledger accounts are reconciled with resolution to reconciling items
- Bank Cheque processing & Fund transfer Verification & Reconciliation in SAP.
- Contractors accounting involved in routine & project if any.
- Establishment accounting, Salary processing, Advances & Miscellaneous expenses.
- Regular monitoring of Inter Unit Transaction within the group.
- Purchase Accounting, Payment Vouchers & Supplier Reconciliation.
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Costing & Cost Audit reports.
- Statutory Compliance reports.
- Indirect & Direct Tax Transactions & Reconciliation
- Maintaining all necessary books in compliance to Generally Accepted Accounting
