Job Role: General Manager Finance
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer
Job Location: For the initial one-two years the incumbent will be based in Kochi and subsequently the incumbent will move to Chennai
Education: Chartered Accountant / Full Time PGDM/MBA
Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience
Scope of the Position:
1. Responsible for Financial Planning, Budgeting, Design and Implement Systems Procedures; Assist CFO in Preparation of Financial Statements, Maintaining and Scrutinizing Statutory Books of Accounts, Costing, Liaise with Banks, Working Capital and Fund Management, Forecasting Funds Requirement of the Company
2. Overall responsibility for all management accounting & finance function, taxation (Direct & Indirect), GST, Payables & Receivables, finalization of standalone accounts, tax audit, budget preparation and other reports
Organisational Relationships:
- Operationally Reports : Senior Vice President & CFO
- Functionally Reports : Senior Vice President & CFO
- Directly Supervises : Finance Manager & Staff Members
- Internal Interface : Employees & Senior Management
- External Interface : Government Officials, Board of Directors, Shareholders & Auditors
