General Manager - Finance - Manufacturing

Position Summary

- Lead the overall finance functions and provide strategic advice to CFO for taking key decisions regarding Finance, Planning, Business Strategy, Cash flow and Fund Raising.

- The Company requires a seasoned professional with experience in dealing with nationalized banks at senior levels, Raising Fund, Bank Documentation, manage debt of more than Rs. 1000 Cr, working capital management and Treasury Functions.

Key Areas of Responsibilities.

- Treasury and Banking- Well versed with Foreign Exchange Transactions for Import/Export including Booking of Forward Covers, Opening and managing Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantees. Liasioning with Banks for day to day finance and banking operations.

- Financial Reporting: Manage the finance team with respect to budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting. The candidate will be required to work closely with the business heads with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view.

- Funds Management: To have an overviewon the cashflows of the business, keep a close watch on the receivables, and plan well to ensure business operations run smoothly.

- Fund Raising: To work closely with the CFO and the core team to raise debt and equity funds. Lead the Investor Relations function.

- Team Building: Be a team player and to continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members with a view to increasing productivity on a continuous basis.

- MIS-Timely and accurate periodical Management Reporting and analysis.

Qualification/Experience required :

Qualification:

- M.B.A From Good Reputed Institute. (Regular Course) or CA/CFA

- Having at least 15-18 Years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a Manufacturing Company or financial institute(Turnover of at least Rs. 1000 Cr).

- Strong Commercial and legal acumen

Age Bracket :- 40-45 Years.
