We are recruiting a GM - Finance for a large business conglomerate. This role is based in Hyderabad.  The role will involve :   1. Accounting and Financial Operations of subsidiary companies - domestic & overseas  2. Manage Direct and Indirect Taxation  3. Manage accounting of third parties for the functions outsource  4. Compliance of various laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the Organisation  5. Deal with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors to ensure record keeping  6. Meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies/Regulatory bodies   7. Internal control system and internal checks  8. Arranging/Raising funds from Bankers and Equity Financing   9. Investment of funds under various options   10. Preparation and presenting the monthly MIS to the Management of the Company   Ideal candidate : Will be a CA / MBA Finance with 15-18 years post qualification experience in- Financial Accounting, Direct & Indirect taxation,- Management Accounting, MIS, and Budgetary control,- Monitoring & Controlling Business Performance,- Working capital management and cash flow management   Candidate should have strong capabilities in Implementing systems, processes, controls, best practices.
