General Manager - Finance - FMCG/Retail - CA

Candidate should be a CA certified professional with 15 plus years of experience handling end to end Finance for any FMCG or Retail company.

1. Implement Financial Controls improvement in existing processes and in the proposed digital transformation, in line with the internal Financial Controls Framework - IFC

2. Monitor inventory levels with Supply Chain Executives and operating teams to bring timely actions on inventory turns, quality / aging of slow / non - moving inventory and contribute a financial evaluation to the planning process.

3. Monitor unsecured receivable especially in the modern trade of e-commerce, large format stores to reduce the Days Sales Outstanding, as well as disputed items, by improving the delivery and reconciliation processes.

4. Analyze financial performance of granular level in line with approved budgets/estimates and establish an automated performance dashboard to give detailed insight for timely corrective actions.

5. Develop a bottom-up budgeting module through gathering, analyzing, verifying, and reporting of cost including underlying indices and revenue drivers.

6. Implementing all applicable company policies, rules and procedures and escalate exceptions on occurrence.
