General Manager - Finance - FMCG/Consumer Durable - CA (13-18 yrs)
Our client is a Consumer facing organization.
We are looking for a qualified CA with minimum 13Yrs work experience post qualification.
Work Location - Bangalore. (Office is operational on rotational bases, It's not 100% work from home.)
Education : CA Qualified (1st Attempt or Rank Holder is preference).
Work Experience : 13 Yrs to 18 Yrs
CTC : 40 to 45 Lakh
Reporting : CFO
Team Handling : Yes, It is a team handling role.
ERP Experience - SAP is preference.
Brief on Job Profile :
- The job purpose of Reporting, Consolidation, and business reporting of multiple different companies.
- Providing real-time MIS & help with all financial analysis that could result in improved decision making.
- Ensure timely circulation of MIS.
- To keep track of Company Financials.
- To assist the CFO in capital allocation.
- Ensure timely receipt of information from Divisions & Subsidiaries.
- Responsible for overall financial analyses and reporting for the individual divisions and Subsidiaries.
- Develop dashboard for each of the key deliverables of Divisions & Subsidiaries and monitor against the same.
- Assist CFO in Analysing the proposals received for Strategic Acquisitions .
- Evaluate with CFO possible white spaces where the company should look at investing.
- Review Capital Allocation submitted by Divisions & Subsidiaries.
- Review and monitor working capital , sanction and Utilisation of Divisions and Subsidiaries.
Candidate Fitment :
- Candidates working experience with large corporate who has handled subsidiaries or group companies or handled large business MIS / Reporting would be an ideal fit.
