General Manager - Finance - Export import/Logistics Business (10-12 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Play a key role in the business decisions by understanding the business relevant Business metrics and carrying out financial analysis.
- Ability to provide financial insights to the top management & ensure right decision are taken.
- Business Analysis and Financial planning which include complete analysis of financial and operational results and develop strategic recommendations.
- Develop appropriate processes to reduce tax burden. Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly/fortnightly various reports as required by the top management.
- Responsible for accounting & financial systems, adequate controls and accurate book keeping.
- Fund raising & relationship management.
- Working on process efficiencies and standardization of processes and better connection between the entire process cycles throughout the organization.
- Cost reduction as a target on ongoing basis are being undertaken in order to optimize the profitability of the organization.
- Monthly P & L, Variance & other financial reports to be reviewed with MD.
- Finalization of the Balance Sheet and quarter / year end accounts.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA -Finance / CA
