Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for :

- Raising funds from Banks

- Set up and monitor a highly critical inventory management system, with emphasis on itemized costing and tracking of SKUs

- Liasioning with Senior officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance companies, (eg RBI and be familiar with inflow of foreign equity funds)

- Manage a team of Accounts of 5 people, and ensure compliance

Ideally we wish that you are a :

- Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA/MCom with 10 - 12 years of total work experience in service industry

- 5 -7 years in the position of GM in a mid sized Company into Finance & Accounting function

- Very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions

- With Knowledge of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms

- Articulate with good communication and presentation skill
