General Manager - Finance Controller

Responsibilities:

- Heading Finance team at Gurgaon

- Responsible for Profitability analysis including plan vs actual, Management Reporting, and Reporting to HQ.

- Analysing the trend of KPIs relating to Financial Metrics such as Sales, expenditure and profit Margin.

- Responsible for Treasury Management, Budgeting, Capex Management

- Responsible for Management of Revenue & Accounts Receivable.

- Having Strong analytical skill to do various analysis as required by the management.

- Thorough knowledge & experience of Cost Structure & Costing process, Cost Analysis & Pricing strategies.

- Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.

- Thorough knowledge & experience of Annual Business Planning, Forecasting and long-term business plan.

- Thorough knowledge & experience of Treasury Functions, Forex management, Annual Cashflow plan, Monthly cash flow estimate, compliances with RBI & FEMA regulation & Investments.

- Understanding of Business scenario and market conditions and equip finance process accordingly.

- Play pivotal role between Management, Plant, and Sales function.

- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
